You will save yourself time by reading these helpful answers to the most frequently asked questions.

1. How do I register my certificate?

A.  You can register your certificate online at www.vipticketreg.com by completing the required information and paying your refundable deposit (if applicable) by Visa or Mastercard. All tickets must be requested prior to the expiry date printed on your certificate. Please ensure that you submit your funds well in advance of your expiry date to secure your tickets.  

2. What type of events can I redeem tickets for?

A. You are eligible for one set of event tickets (2 tickets) to a vast array of sports and entertainment events throughout Canada and the United States. Events may include but are not limited to: NFL; MLB; NBA; NHL; College Sports; Concerts; Broadway shows; Musicals and more.

3. I just placed an order for my tickets, when should I expect them?

A. Tickets are delivered 24-48 hours prior to your event to prevent fraud or re-selling of tickets.

4. Will I receive paper tickets in the mail?

A. As most tickets are only available electronically, please ensure you have access to a Smartphone as you may need to present your tickets on your mobile phone for entry to the event.

5. I was told that I get a set credit amount towards any tickets I select. Is this true?

A. The way it works is that you are eligible to select two promotional tickets under the promotional section of the website. If you want more premium tickets, the discounted price you see on the upgrade section is set by a secondary market and you would have to pay additional.

6. Is there a website I can access to view the ticket inventory before I register?

A. Yes. Depending on which program you are holding, please call Customer Service at 1-866-339-6006 and they can provide that information to you.

7. Can I purchase extra tickets with my Promotional certificate?

A. Yes you can definitely purchase additional tickets through Odenza by calling our Customer Service department at 1-866-339-6006 and they will be happy to assist you.

8. When can I receive my refundable deposit back? (If applicable to your program)

A. Once you have redeemed your tickets, please call our Customer Service department at 1-866-339-6006 and they will be happy to assist you with your refund.

9. I selected Promotional tickets, but when I received the email, there is a total amount on the bottom. Was this charged onto my credit card?

A. The price you see at the bottom of your email is the actual value of your tickets. Your credit card will not be charged.

10. I have tickets for an upcoming event and have not received them. Who do I contact outside of your regular business hours?

A. If you already have a ticket confirmation, please email [email protected] and an agent will be able to assist you.
